I am an experienced Business Psychologist and a leadership and assessment expert. With two decades’
corporate experience, I am well-versed in the realities of global business. This enables me to apply a
commercial lens to my independent business psychology practice. I also have a good appreciation of a
variety of cultures, having delivered work across the globe. Whether delivering executive assessments or
leadership development programmes, coaching or feedback, I strive to bring insight, integrity and intent to
client relationships.
A Graduate Member of British Psychological Society since 2006, I hold a postgraduate degree in Psychology
from London Metropolitan University, as well as an MA in Applied Linguistics from University of Warsaw. I
gained considerable experience as a practitioner in the area of selection and assessment before embarking
on my psychology degree, which means my work is always underpinned by pragmatism and attention to
best practice.
Professional rigour is important to me and I have held full Ability and Personality Testing certification with
BPS for almost two decades, including a range of psychometric instruments such as Hogan, Saville Wave,
MBTI Level 1 and 2, OPQ, 16PF, EQi, as well as multiple in-house instruments with several client
organisations. My particular interests are: cross-cultural leadership, decision quality, and applying
assessment methodologies in ways that add genuine value to organisations.
