I deliver a range of executive assessments — be it for development, assessment of potential, succession
planning or selection. I work with a range of leaders across levels, from mid-level to C-suite. Leaders
I have
worked with come from Energy, Manufacturing, Technology, Trading, Private Equity and many other
sectors.
Majority of assessments I deliver are based on the Hogan suite (HPI, HDS, MVPI) and/or Saville Wave;
many
clients also use proprietary tools and methodologies for which I am happy to be additionally certified.
Whilst many clients hire me to deliver assessments to a format that they specify, I am also skilled in
designing bespoke approaches, including recommendation on which tools to use, as well as developing
suitable reporting formats.
I pride myself on my clear report-writing, always adapting to clients’ expectations in terms of ‘house
style’.
Quality, clarity and attention to detail are very important to me and as a result, I have often been
asked to provide quality assurance for other associates’ reports.
Examples of work in this area include:
I am highly skilled in designing and leading complex, often bespoke, leadership development programmes
across a range of leadership levels. My particular strength is the ability to effectively diagnose key
capability
gaps – whether in individuals, teams and populations – by developing a strong understanding of success
factors in particular business contexts.
My design approach is creative yet disciplined, blending innovation with structure. As a facilitator and
coach, I bring experience and credibility, combining evidence-based methodologies with practical
insights
to ensure measurable outcomes. I work closely with clients to identify critical leadership competencies
and
design interventions that address both individual and organisational goals.
I have extensive experience in designing assessment centres, including case studies, role-plays, group
exercises and interviews. These programmes are highly tailored to meet the specific needs of
organisations.
Previously responsible for managing and developing global assessor pool at a leading multinational, I am
skilled in designing and delivering assessor training programmes in selection and development contexts,
including assessment of potential. My goal is to equip assessors with the skills and confidence needed
to
conduct fair and effective evaluations.
As a coach and facilitator, I am recognised for building trust-based relationships which support the emergence of insights and increase self-awareness. I have worked with hundreds of senior and mid-level leaders on behavioural change in areas including safety leadership, psychological safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, non-technical risk and other complex leadership challenges. My facilitation experience includes acting as lead behavioural faculty on multiple leadership development programmes as well as delivering assessor training programmes. I work with global audiences, paying close attention to cross-cultural, organizational and individual needs and expectations.
